optional LinkedIn URL, professional background, experience level, availability, and your confirmations.
We may also receive technical data (such as approximate timing of submission) from our hosting provider.
How we use it. We use application data to evaluate partnership fit, respond to you,
and operate the program. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers. Delivery of form notifications may use trusted email infrastructure
(for example, Resend)
under agreements that limit use to providing the service.
Retention. We retain applications for as long as needed for the purposes above and
consistent with our legal obligations.

During the application and evaluation process, Celabe may share non-public information about the
program, processes, or commercial plans ("Confidential Information"). You may also share
sensitive details about your background so we can assess fit.
Mutual obligation. Each party agrees to use the other's Confidential Information
only for evaluating and progressing the partnership relationship, and not to disclose it to third
parties except as required by law or with prior written consent.
Standard of care. You agree to protect Confidential Information using at least a
reasonable degree of care.
Exclusions. Information that is public without breach, independently developed,
or rightfully received from another source is not restricted.
Formal agreement. If you are invited to proceed, Celabe may require a separate,
executed confidentiality or partnership agreement that supersedes or supplements this summary.
